The Hard to Dispose of Event will be held on Saturday, May 21. This event will be our annual Electronics, Household Hazardous Waste and hard to dispose of items. Items to be collected will include televisions, computers, computer peripherals, batteries, tires, household hazardous waste (paints, paint thinners, oils, antifreeze, etc.), bulk items and building materials. Multiple dumpsters will be available for the dumping of bulky waste, non-freon containing appliances, house clean-outs and other items. Disposal of these items is free and is available to Swissvale residents only. Please bring a photo ID with your current Swissvale address to dispose of your items at this event. This event will begin at 9:30 a.m. at Les Getz Memorial Park and continue until 1:00 p.m.  Please see the list below, and follor our social media pages for more details on the event.
