Norfolk Southern Public Meeting

Norfolk Southern Railway Company is hosting a public open house on January 18th from 6 - 8 pm at the David Lawrence Convention Center for their Vertical Clearance Improvement Project. This project includes the proposal to lower the tracks that run through Swissvale to allow double-stack trains to pass under the Washington Street Bridge. *Note this meeting is NOT concerning the rehabing of the Washington Street Bridge.* However, interested residents may still attend and make their voices heard.
